I was quoted with different prices online and speakin with their reps. Online prices are quoted cheap, and then you think its a good prices so you buy it. After a 3 months later they keep raising the prices 10 bucks here and after another 3 months it raises again. my price started $103 a month, after a year later im now paying $150 a month. I ask their reps why, and they dont even give me a answer. But what can you say! Their company is like those cheap auto insurance like bristol, eastwood, etc. So you will get not so straight answer everytime.. |

I was quoted twice in a matter of couple of days for home insurance. The first rep estimated my coverage at $1400 yearly, the second at $3,500. I don't know how they come up with their rates. Totally unacceptable.. |

Who cares if the rates are a bit lower, if it takes over 3 months (and counting) to resolve a claim.
Originally filed on Dec 16th a claim involving water damage. This damage was discovered after carjacking incident, but apparently occured on Sep 2nd.
Esurance waited 2 month to advise me to withdraw waterdamage claim (associated w/carjacking) and resubmit same claim with only water damage. As of today, my car is still at dealership, and my claim is not resolved. I was told that someone will contact me. No one fm Esurance ever does. I am about to go to arbitration. Stay away from this company.. |
